In an initial appointment, we record your financial situation - including your income and expenses. We also talk about your goals and wishes. I will then develop a tailor-made concept for your retirement planning and asset accumulation.

In a follow-up appointment, I will introduce you to the right objects to make your goals achievable. You then decide which of the suggestions you would like to implement and we will reserve the right property for you.

There are no costs for you as part of a consultation. If you decide to buy a property, the consulting costs will be covered by our property developers.

Important topics, such as retirement planning and wealth creation, should not be discussed in person. You should therefore take around 60 minutes each for consultations and follow-up appointments. The appointments take place online via video conference.

As a rule, a minimum net income of €2,500 per month and equity of at least €7,500 are required.
